TERMS OF USE
01. Introduction
Welcome to
ZESS. By registering and participating, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Approved applicants will be officially recognized as
ZESS Members.
Please read this policy carefully and ensure you understand it before you proceed.
02. Eligibility
[2.1] You must be
at least 18 years of age.
[2.2] You must provide accurate and up-to-date personal and business information, including:
a) Full Name
b) MyKad / Passport Number
c) Phone Number
d) Address
e) Email Address
f) Bank Details (Account holder name must match)
[2.3] You must be a citizen of
Malaysia, Singapore, or Brunei only.
03. Account Responsibility
[3.1] You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and password.
[3.2] Notify the Company immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
04. Pricing and Reselling Guidelines
[4.1] Products must be sold at the prices and terms set by the Company unless otherwise authorized in writing.
[4.2] Misrepresentation of the Company’s products or brand is strictly prohibited.
[4.3] Members are responsible for handling customer inquiries, complaints, and returns within the guidelines provided by the Company. However, if members encounter any issues in resolving customer concerns, you may directly contact the Customer Careline for assistance.
05. Payments and Commissions
[5.1] Payments must be made as per the terms specified during order placement.
[5.2] Commissions will be calculated and disbursed based on the Company’s agreed structure.
[5.3] Performance bonuses for eligible members will be transferred to the member’s bank account within
Seven (7) Days of the cut-off calculation.
[5.4] The Company reserves the right to adjust or withhold commissions in case of non-compliance with policies.
06. Marketing and Branding
[6.1] Members may use the Company’s branding and marketing materials as provided.
[6.2] Any unauthorized modification of marketing materials is prohibited.
07. Payments and Commissions
[7.1] Either party may terminate the member relationship by providing a 30-day notice.
[7.2] The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts immediately if any of these terms are violated.
[7.3] Accounts will be deactivated if the member does not make any purchases within 365 days.
08. Payments and Commissions
The Company will not be held liable for any direct or indirect losses resulting from member activities outside the agreed terms and policies.
09. Personal Data Protection Act
We are committed to protecting your personal data in compliance with the
Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA Malaysia).
By registering as a member and using our services, you agree to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as outlined in our
Privacy Policy.
10. Agreement Updates
The Company reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Members will be notified of changes via email or platform announcements.
